Clear the eyeline

A request for off-camera people or distracting movement to leave the direction in which a performer must look during a take.
In practice
Clearing the eyeline helps concentration and preserves a specific look direction. Essential scene partners, marks, safety observers, and technical references should be coordinated rather than removed blindly.
