Cookie Policy
This page explains Filmclusive’s current cookie, local-storage, analytics, and Do Not Sell preference behavior.
Essential storage
Filmclusive uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep users signed in, preserve session state, remember privacy choices, and support security-related controls.
Privacy preferences
We store cookie-consent and Do Not Sell preferences in browser storage and cookies so your choices persist across sessions. A Global Privacy Control signal is honored when detected.
Analytics and performance
Optional PostHog product analytics and Vercel Speed Insights are only intended to run when analytics consent is enabled and Do Not Sell or Global Privacy Control is not opted out.
For authenticated parts of the product, internal activity tracking is gated by the same controls at session, event, queue, and persistence boundaries. Revoking permission clears queued optional activity events.
What may be collected when enabled
If analytics is enabled, Filmclusive may collect application-defined product events with validated categorical or count properties, query-free route categories, bounded page-duration summaries, and aggregate performance metrics. PostHog autocapture, session replay, exception capture, surveys, persistent identity, and automatic page tracking are disabled in the current implementation.
How to control cookies and tracking
You can accept or reject optional analytics from the Filmclusive cookie banner, update Do Not Sell preferences from the privacy controls, or clear stored preferences through your browser settings.
