Closed set
Also known as close set, essential crew only.
A controlled set with attendance limited to people essential for the work, commonly used for intimate, sensitive, confidential, or safety-critical scenes.
In practice
Closing a set reduces access but does not replace written consent, riders, an intimacy coordinator where applicable, secure monitoring, anti-harassment protections, or a specific safety plan.
