Lighting bar
Also known as lighting pipe, bar, batten.
A horizontal pipe or structural bar from which lighting fixtures or accessories may be suspended in a studio or venue.
In practice
A bar is not automatically a rated rigging point. Load, attachment method, distribution, access, and secondary safety requirements must be confirmed by qualified personnel.
