Chicken coop light
Also known as chicken coop, coop light.
A broad overhead soft-light box traditionally built with multiple lamps—often six—arranged to wash a set from above.
In practice
Older coops can carry substantial tungsten load and heat; modern equivalents may use LEDs. The enclosure, circuits, suspension, diffusion, skirt, and secondary retention must follow the fixture specification and production electrical plan.
