Call sheet
Also known as daily call sheet.
The daily production notice that communicates who is needed, where, when, and what safety or logistics information applies.
Call-sheet essentials
- Identify the day. State the production day, date, company, location, and emergency contacts.
- Call people. List individual call times, department calls, transport, and special instructions.
- Protect the day. Include weather, parking, access, safety notes, and any required permits or restrictions.
